Umbrella: MC-810 (id 811) — autonomous QA loop on MC Kanban board. Iterations run: 3 of 4 budgeted. Outcome: 2 bugs fixed on the system (B1 blocker, B2 major), 1 deferred to a child ticket (L5 tail latency). No remaining blockers or majors on board.
