OVERRIDES runtime profile: uses direct_python because the scheduler wrapper
only runs deterministic calendar checks and Python wiki context-gathering scripts;
it never invokes the claude CLI or Codex.
Phase E.8 (2026-05-02): Migrated Mac → Luci. Checks Outlook calendar for upcoming SafHold/SafOps/SLF board meetings in the next 7 days. If detected, fires a bounded-batch refresh of the 11 board-critical shortlist pages from wiki-auto-compile.json.
Daily at 07:00 UTC (09:00 SAST). Kill-switch: SKIP_BOARD_CYCLE_TRIGGER=1. Idempotent: re-running within the same board-meeting window only triggers if pages are stale.
