### Top Issues Fixed
1. **01-architecture/overview.md** — Fixed the stale ASCII topology diagram (said "89 tasks" → now 147). Added 7 missing services to the systemd table: Chrome Harness (9222), Xvfb :1, x11vnc (5901), Hermes Gateway, Board v2, Iris. Added Office Windows Worker node. Updated MCP servers list.
2. **03-scheduler/task-inventory.md** — Added 5 missing tasks: `control-room-pickup` (primary dispatcher post-cutover), `mc-hermes-kanban-reconciler`, `notebooklm-auth-preflight`, `weekly-deep-research`, `light-trend`. Removed duplicate `mc-auto-review` row. Updated summary from 142→147 tasks, 123→117 enabled, 19→30 disabled.
3. **_master-index.md** — Updated task count 142→147, skill count 164→171, date to 2026-06-07.
