Script uses Google GenAI SDK (`gemini-2.0-flash`) via Vertex AI to parse the FIP calendar HTML (lines 61-96). The 429 hit last run. Two options: **A)** Keep Vertex AI, reduce calls — add rate limit handling + retry with exponential backoff **B)** Remove AI entirely — parse HTML directly with BeautifulSoup (more fragile if FIP changes layout) Which?

Why not use one of our existing tools? I didn't even know we used vertex. I though we just web fetch or something. We have a few tools that should be able to do this.

Page is JS-rendered. Simplest fix: add retry with exponential backoff to handle 429s. The AI parse is reliable; just hit quota once.
