ORCHESTRATOR TRIAGE — closing this scheduler-watchdog wrapper as duplicate noise. The owning action ticket is MC-3996 (external auth expired / OpenF1 HTTP 401), already assigned to Elmar in needs_input and already alerted through the auth path. Safe dry-run reproduced: FastF1 had no practice data yet; OpenF1 fallback failed with 401 Unauthorized. No coding decision is needed until auth is refreshed.

Worker's benign pre-session explanation is plausible for the FastF1/no-data portion, but verification also reproduced an OpenF1 HTTP 401 on live fetch, so the durable owning blocker remains MC-3996 (auth refresh), not this watchdog wrapper. MC-3996 triage complete: scheduler misclassified external FastF1 API unavailability (Canadian GP FP1 data not published yet) as permanent auth failure.
