Dara apologises for previous confusion with red highlights and sends the Agreement of Loss for the insured (Elmar) to sign and complete so Santam can proceed with payment.
Context from thread: Nicolette (Elmar's wife) has been handling this claim about a leaking pipe in a wall causing damage to a vanity and water loss at the CT property. Nicolette expressed extreme frustration with the service and delays. Dara apologises and sends the Agreement of Loss.
**Note:** Santam auto-replied twice (05:33 and 05:44 UTC) saying the Agreement of Loss PDF could not be processed because it had a password. This means Dara may need to resend without password protection, or the document needs to be obtained directly from Dara.
**Action Required:**
1. Contact Nicolette / Dara to obtain the Agreement of Loss document (may need Dara to resend unpassworded version)
2. Review and sign the Agreement of Loss
