REVIEW: agent-watch W22 — 2 borrowable items confirmed worth adopting from openclaw v2026.5.25-beta.1. Recommended new MC tickets: 1. Scheduler parallelism (maxConcurrentRuns=8) — scheduler.py tick currently serial. Pool-based dispatch unblocks queue when long tasks hold a slot. Needs in-flight tracking + overlap guard (we already added has_live_background_run() guard 2026-05-25 — extend to pool semantics). 2. Ephemeral Activity tab on MC dashboard — live view of worker tool-use, scheduler heartbeat, dispatch queue depth, ccgram latency. Read-only, no DB writes. Complements vault.db activity_log (history) with now. Hardening pass (in-place, no ticket): mc_pickup + scheduler subprocess capture should exit cleanly on EPIPE — orphan worker symptom we've seen. Builds on existing has_live_background_run() guard. 2. MC Activity tab — low-priority read-only telemetry surface. Not auto-spawning tickets — these are roadmap-level decisions for Elmar to triage. Will surface in next morning ping if he wants either built. In-place hardening (EPIPE subprocess cleanup) flagged as polish — would fold into existing reliability work if/when needed.
