DONE: systemd-watchdog ran at 13:51:35 (self-recovered). Task enabled, schedule 0 * * * * correct, runs direct_anthropic_sdk script. Previous gap 12:11→13:51 caused by long-running scheduler tick blocking flock; no fix needed — next tick picked it up. If gaps recur, investigate which task hogs the tick (separate ticket).
