Duplicate of MC-4263 — same oversize-diff root cause. Watchdog fired because mc-auto-review now reports 'failed' on oversize skip (previously 'completed'). Real fix tracked in MC-4263: either run `scripts/mc_auto_review.py --force` to consume backlog and advance baseline marker, or wait for diff to shrink. Closing this watchdog ticket.
