MC-4306
Audit and fix Cockpit/dashboard UX issues surfaced by Elmar:
**Problem**: UI review gates verify DOM/test output only — no visual screenshot review. Broken links, truncated titles, cluttered cards, and wrong navigation pass "testing" because the element exists in the DOM.
**Issues to fix** (from screenshot 2026-05-27 15:55):
1. **Truncated titles**: MC-4207 "Plan parked: role-ba...", MC-4286 "Waiting cards must sh...", MC-4280 single-letter "N", MC-3921 "ccgr...", MC-3896 "R", MC-4288 "[REVI..." — all need proper truncation with full tooltip or multi-line wrap
2. **"Health issues" alert** in top bar — diagnose root cause, not just badge
3. **"Provider/model not set"** on recent chats — fix data display
4. **Settings → old dashboard link** — update to new Cockpit/dashboard URL
5. **Overall clutter** — apply Linear × Vercel × Sentry design system: shadow-as-border cards, exact spacing/typography hierarchy, compact actionable rows, clear status chips
6. **Broken links** across pages — browser-verify all navigable links
**Design gate**: Use popular-web-designs skill templates for Linear, Vercel, Sentry. Gemini design review with PASS/FAIL verdict on actual screenshots before any ticket moves to REVIEW. 8/10 threshold, no critical UX blockers.
**Deliverable**: Updated Cockpit page with proper design system, truncation handling, link verification, and mobile proof.
