False-positive watchdog. Task file created 16:02:53 today (after 04:15 prev_fire) but untracked — _git_first_commit_ts returned None so skip-guard didn't trigger. Fixed: check_missed_fires now uses _task_added_ts wrapper which falls back to mtime. Branch fix/mc-4307-watchdog-untracked-task pushed.

Closed (orchestrator). FF-pushed b6221764 to origin/master. Watchdog now uses _task_added_ts wrapper with mtime fallback; untracked task files won't false-fire missed-fire alerts. +3/-3 in scripts/scheduler_watchdog.py.
