The task row is marked completed, so normal failed-run monitoring would miss it. 409 CONFLICTs at 16:19 historic — root cause (stale runtime_sessions) already fixed in MC-4286 (d0c2b493). Subsequent pickup runs clean. MC-4302/4306 back in todo, awaiting free slot. Watchdog-on-output working as intended (this ticket = proof). No action needed.
