Controller-created after Elmar's 2026-05-27 22:05 SAST live screenshot showed MC-4309 did not actually fix the Home/Cockpit UX. Evidence from screenshot /home/lucienne/.hermes/image_cache/img_5e4483908463.jpg: Legacy Home still visible in primary header; Fast Routes still present; Recent Chats repeatedly shows provider/model not set; Needs You has single-letter/truncated titles like R, [REVI..., ccgr...; Active Campaign contradicts itself (no active campaign but active slice); Live Now wastes space while Needs You is cramped; old/new UI still mixed. Scope: make the actual live / route match MC-4309 acceptance, not just test screenshots. Start with screenshot-first discovery against http://100.118.207.3:3001/ and post fresh desktop+mobile screenshots. Fix live service/deploy drift if code already exists but is not loaded. Acceptance: live Tailscale Home screenshot shows no Legacy Home, no Fast Routes, no provider/model not set placeholders, no single-letter/nonsense ticket titles, clear Pending/Needs You action ownership, and mobile 375 proof. Must verify by browser/vision on live URL after service restart/deploy. Expected check-in: next pickup cycle after dispatch.
