Resolved via forced review (MC-4346 worker). `mc_auto_review.py --force` reviewed the full 14464-line backlog; last-reviewed marker advanced to current heads (workspace=351e1aa9, mission-control=860f326). PARTIAL run — Codex returned empty, Gemini gave 3 findings (1 high → MC-4353 path-traversal in screenshot normalization, 2 medium). Task re-enabled. Daily runs will no longer hit the cap.
