Follow-up from 3-way design review after MC-4370. Design recommendations: - Make composer the clear hero: shrink greeting/action row; reduce top-level CTA competition. - Reduce duplicate CTAs: Sessions, Ticket, Campaign appear in too many places. - Surface/resume 1–3 useful recent sessions or improve drawer ordering; collapse empty Active Sessions. - Consolidate Luci/Codex/Claude/Gemini + model + Mission Control + Configure runtime into one quieter control line or overflow. - Simplify session rows: title + concise status/time; hide provider/model/log detail behind details/overflow. - Demote controller/system status further: only show prominently when degraded/offline. Elmar escalated this from polish to final design signoff: finish the MC Home AionUI redesign until we can honestly call it done. Keep parked behind/inside the active MC-4398 implementation to avoid concurrent edits on the same surface. Acceptance now requires fresh desktop + 375px mobile screenshots (closed composer pane and opened Chats drawer), controller demoted to runtime/history treatment, active chats/sessions clearly discoverable, composer-first IA, quieter runtime/model controls, no dashboard/controller-first Home. human_input_required: no

Closed as folded into MC-4398 rather than dispatching a second overlapping Home-surface worker. MC-4398's final gate included this design acceptance: composer-first AionUI/Home IA, active Sessions visible, controller demoted, quieter model/runtime controls, desktop + 375px mobile screenshots and Chats drawer evidence.
