CONTROL ROOM VALIDATION TEST — safe/no external side effects. Scenario: A realistic Life Manager item appears on Mission Control assigned to Iris. Iris should detect this ticket, treat it as Iris/Life Manager scope, and comment back on the ticket with a short triage note. Requested action for Iris: 1. Do not send emails, edit calendar, or contact anyone. 2. Add one MC ticket comment saying this is a validation test, that it was detected by the Iris Control Room watcher, and whether legacy pickup looks safely disabled. 3. If the orchestration works, mark this ticket done or clearly say in the comment what remains. Acceptance: a new comment from Iris/control-room appears on this ticket after the watcher runs.
