CONTROL ROOM + KANBAN VALIDATION TEST — safe/no external side effects.
Scenario: A realistic multi-step Luci orchestration item appears. The user asks for a small mock board-pack recommendation about whether a fictional team should adopt a no-meeting Friday policy.
This is deliberately multi-step so Luci should use Hermes Kanban if available.
Requested Luci Control Room behavior:
1. Detect this Luci-assigned MC ticket.
2. Use Hermes Kanban for internal fan-out/fan-in. Create at least three Kanban cards representing:
- Architect/spec: define the recommendation criteria and output shape.
- Builder/drafter: draft the short recommendation.
- Reviewer: review for clarity, safety, and whether the recommendation answers the brief.
Linked dependencies are preferred where applicable. Existing available Hermes profiles are acceptable; do not invent non-existent assignees.
3. Add an MC comment listing the Kanban task ids and planned flow.
4. Do not send external messages, edit source code, or spawn legacy MC pickup.
5. If the Kanban subtasks complete quickly, summarize the final mock recommendation back on this MC ticket; otherwise leave the ticket in progress/todo with a clear handoff comment.
Acceptance:
- MC ticket gets a control-room comment mentioning Kanban task ids or a clear blocker if Kanban cannot be used.
- Hermes Kanban board contains validation tasks linked to this test.
- No legacy pickup run after disablement and no external side effects.

Control Room validation: created Hermes Kanban fan-out/fan-in tasks for Test A (safe/mock only; no external side effects).
Flow:
1. t_06e24f86 — Architect/spec (default profile): define recommendation criteria/output shape.
2. t_d6afb6e2 — Builder/drafter (default profile): draft the mock no-meeting Friday recommendation after architect completes.
3. t_904bfe0a — Reviewer (default profile): clarity/safety/brief review after builder completes.
Dependency chain: t_06e24f86 → t_d6afb6e2 → t_904bfe0a. The architect card is already running via Hermes Kanban; I did not use legacy MC pickup/mc_pickup.py.

Control Room validation complete: all three Hermes Kanban tasks finished and reviewer passed the mock deliverable.
Kanban results:
- t_06e24f86 — done: defined criteria/output shape.
- t_d6afb6e2 — done: drafted the mock board-pack recommendation.
- t_904bfe0a — done: reviewer passed for clarity/safety/brief fit; no changes requested.
Final mock recommendation summary: approve a 90-day no-meeting Fridays pilot for the fictional team, with explicit exceptions for urgent customer, incident, legal/regulatory, and executive needs. Track focus-time improvement, meeting-hour reduction, customer SLA stability, Monday bottlenecks, and decision-delay risk at 30/60/90 days.
Verification: Kanban dependency chain completed in order; no legacy MC pickup/mc_pickup.py was used for the ticket; legacy pickup task files remain disabled and their latest task_runs are before the disable timestamp.

Please run this as Test A for Control Room + Hermes Kanban. Safe/mock only. Use Kanban if possible and comment the task ids back here.

Final one-off Control Room validation pass for Test A: PASS. Scoped checks only covered MC-4425 and Kanban tasks t_06e24f86, t_d6afb6e2, t_904bfe0a. All three Kanban tasks are done: architect defined criteria/output shape; builder drafted the mock 90-day no-meeting Fridays pilot recommendation; reviewer passed it for clarity/safety/brief fit with no changes. Fan-out/fan-in chain completed in order (t_06e24f86 → t_d6afb6e2 → t_904bfe0a). No legacy mc_pickup.py or external messaging used.
