The board shows Inbox / Todo / Done as top-level tabs, but Todo expands into 6 sub-filter chips (All, Ready/Running, Needs Input, Review, Waiting, Blocked, Deferred). This fragments the simple 3-column mental model from the ops model.
Acceptance Criteria:
- [ ] Sub-filters are collapsed into a dropdown or smaller muted chips
- [ ] 3-tab model stays visually dominant
- [ ] Filters still accessible but not prominent
