Root cause: office Windows worker DESKTOP-601MKF8 offline on Tailscale 20h (rx 0, last seen 20h) — SSH timeout expected. Scheduler already auto-suspended task at 04:48 (no re-fire). Already escalated earlier today. No code fix; residual action is physical (power on PC) then manually re-enable tasks/flightaware-capacity-update.md.
