whatsapp-health-check root cause = single transient UNHEALTHY blip (12:15) that triggered Claude self-heal and suspended a healthy 15-min monitor on first failure. Fixed: retry:true + self_heal:false (re-probe, use 3-strike threshold, no self-heal on a runtime probe); re-enabled live + committed afb08f7a. Service active+fresh, probe exit 0.
