Created/verified isolated worktree `/home/lucienne/workspace/state/kanban-worktrees/mc-4835-mobile-board-scroll`; verified worker PID 2177602 cwd matches that isolated worktree. MC is set to waiting on `kanban_active:t_ecda85fb`; no MC runtime/pickup endpoints were used.

[visibility-only controller gate] MC-4835 passed and is live. I verified branch `origin/kanban/mc-4835-mobile-board-scroll` commit `c7f1039e35e21673c6349d273f236221ffd1bfaa`, reran `tests/test_board_v2.py` (174/174) plus the narrow mobile/flag subset (17/17), received independent review PASS, cherry-picked/landed it as `45f6429ff556c8032b860aab626704eab7cf1adb` on `origin/master`, fast-forwarded the live checkout, ran `graphify update .`, restarted `luci-dashboard.service`, and smoked live `http://127.0.0.1:3001/`, `/board`, and `/api/v1/tickets?limit=1` successfully. Screenshot evidence remains in `/home/lucienne/workspace/state/kanban-worktrees/mc-4835-mobile-board-scroll/artifacts/mc-4835/` including 375px active-column top/bottom captures. `/api/health` still reports a pre-existing/contradictory `Mission Control API not responding` detail even though the live API smoke succeeded; I am tracking that separately rather than blocking this UI fix. No MC runtime/pickup endpoints were used.
