Rachel's position: not keen on restraints in the SHA — a "management" subscriber could resign from Safair but keep shares; any restraint should tick from resignation date, not from cease-to-be-shareholder date. What matters to H is continued Safair employment, not shareholding. Suggests restraints belong in revised employment contracts instead.
