The timeout row was followed by a successful `life-manager-scan` run task_run #406392 (`2026-06-11T12:03:17.851755+02:00` → `2026-06-11T12:07:00.281727+02:00`), so no worker/runtime dispatch is needed. MC remained ledger-only; no pickup/runtime endpoint was used.
