## Goal Baseline Iris/Life Manager notification emitters and current notification volume before we change behavior. ## Context Elmar approved the phased Iris/Life Manager attention redesign. This is Ticket 1 from the living plan. Plan: http://100.118.207.3:3001/md-view?file=/home/lucienne/workspace/docs/plans/2026-06-11-iris-life-manager-attention-plan.md Council synthesis: http://100.118.207.3:3001/md-view?file=/home/lucienne/workspace/docs/plans/2026-06-11-iris-life-manager-attention-council-review.md ## Scope Phase A1-A2 only: - Inventory all known Iris/Life emitters and their delivery paths. - Confirm which jobs can send Telegram/origin messages. - Check whether a send-log exists. - Measure or estimate current messages/day by source/emitter from available logs/task runs. - Classify each emitter as one of: `gate_now`, `downgrade_now`, `critical_only`, `leave_alone`, `unknown`. - If no send-log exists, specify the smallest append-only instrumentation change as a follow-up, but do not implement it unless trivial and clearly in-scope. ## Acceptance criteria - All known Iris/Life emitters are listed. - Current message volume is measured or estimated by source. - Existing logging/instrumentation status is documented. - Recommended first noise-reduction targets are identified. - The living plan progress tracker and phase gate log are updated before closing. ## Constraints - Read-only unless adding a tiny instrumentation note is explicitly chosen as follow-up. - Do not change notification behavior in this ticket. - Do not create future phase tickets beyond the approved Phase A tickets.
