## Goal Deliver the first reversible Iris/Life Manager noise-reduction slice after the baseline emitter inventory is complete. ## Context This is Ticket 2 from the living Iris attention plan. It should start after the baseline ticket identifies the actual top noisy emitters. Plan: http://100.118.207.3:3001/md-view?file=/home/lucienne/workspace/docs/plans/2026-06-11-iris-life-manager-attention-plan.md Council synthesis: http://100.118.207.3:3001/md-view?file=/home/lucienne/workspace/docs/plans/2026-06-11-iris-life-manager-attention-council-review.md ## Scope Phase A3-A6, informed by the baseline ticket: - Patch `tasks/life-manager-digest.md` so Iris shows max 3 visible decision items and exactly one recommendation. - Patch `tasks/life-manager-scan.md` so hourly scans do not ask optional questions or create long proactive suggestion lists. - Downgrade, pause, or make dashboard/weekly-only the worst extra noisy emitters found in the baseline, where safe. - Remove or route non-critical `force=True` / direct Telegram send paths only if the baseline confirms they are simple and safe to adjust. - Do not add new dangerous numbered commands such as `1 send`. ## Acceptance criteria - Digest max 3 visible decision items. - Digest has exactly one recommended next action. - Hourly scans do not ask optional questions. - No new external side-effect commands are introduced. - Worst confirmed extra emitters are downgraded/paused where safe. - Manual previews show materially shorter outputs. - Before/after message-volume comparison is added to the living plan. - The living plan progress tracker and phase gate log are updated before closing. ## Dependencies - Start after the baseline ticket has listed emitters and identified top noise sources.
