Operational reference data migrated from deprecated ~/PKA/context/ (Phase A-D migration, 2026-04-18):
The wiki-compiler reads raw SecondBrain files plus indexed context and produces narrative synthesis pages here. The general stale-page compiler covers projects/, people/, concepts/, entities/, and kyc/. Special reference pages such as Fleet and Priorities use their own compilers.
Pages include a compiled_at timestamp and sources_hash in frontmatter. sources_hash determines whether a page is stale. GBrain sync then picks up refreshed pages into retrieval within about 15 minutes.
Mission Control is the board for your delegated work: requests come in, Luci coordinates the next step, and evidence stays visible for review.
Luci is your always-on assistant for routing, status updates, and follow-through. Operators can still open deeper evidence when needed.
